Is packaging discreet?
Yes. 100% discreet. No loud branding on the outside. Sender is listed as “SNIFFAIR” (or private). Your privacy is secure.
My tracking isn’t moving?
If it says “Item announced” or “Label Created”, it means we packed it but the courier hasn’t scanned it yet. Please allow 24-48h for the first scan update.
Customs Fees?
For shipments outside the EU, customs fees are unlikely but possible depending on your country’s laws. We cannot control or predict these charges.
