SniffAIR specializes in premium signature sock collections and operates from Croatia, shipping worldwide.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed through our website using WooCommerce
  • Payments are processed securely via Revolut
  • You will receive email confirmation of your order and payment
  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€)

3. Shipping

Shipping costs:

EU:

  • €7.50 (1 pair)
  • €10.50 (2–4 pairs)
  • €14.00 (5+ pairs)

Non-EU:

  • €9.50 (1 pair)
  • €12.50 (2–4 pairs)
  • €16.00 (5+ pairs)

Delivery time: 7–15+ business days worldwide, shipped via Croatian Post with tracking.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Our socks are considered hygienic products. Once the packaging seal is broken, they are not eligible for return.

You must be 18 years or older to use this website and purchase our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rijeka, Croatia.

Consumers residing in the EEA may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.
